This program ensures emergency responders, including police, fire, and paramedics, can swiftly access businesses during after-hours emergencies by having immediate access to contact details for designated key holders, thus reducing potential damages and facilitating prompt intervention.

Recognizing the importance of protecting the confidentiality of business owners and key holders, the city has established stringent protocols for the secure storage and confidential handling of gathered information. Access to the data will be limited to authorized emergency personnel and will exclusively serve emergency response purposes, with any optional exceptions clearly outlined within the optional questions form.
